Risk Management

Our Project Plan clearly mentions all the Risks projected and the contingencies offered to overcome such Risks in its Risk Management Section.  Risks are evaluated at ever stage throughout the life cycle of the project. Whenever a risk s assessed, a special contingency is so created to overcome it at the onset itself.
