Project Management

The project commences with an inaugural meeting where a broad Project Plan is prepared, which summarizes all the critical phases related to the smooth project execution. We include here a General Plan and milestones with a full length Scope Management. We formulate the teams and engage them accordingly. A Communication media is planned in a way that suits communiqué in and out bound. Quality is most important to us; in this Plan we also include the proposed risks and valid ways to manage or mitigate them. We also legitimize Procurements here; an elaborate Schedule for the same is build to keep track of supplies and control discrepancies to the minimum. Process Building is then done to tailor a perfect fit for the project at hand which is enumerated in the project plan
